USFS Test Session June 9, 2018 Sponsored by Southern Wisconsin Figure Skating Club
Location: McFarland Community Ice Arena - 4812 Marsh Road, McFarland, WI 53558
It is anticipated the test session will begin at 730 am. Times are subject to change depending on the number of registered tests.
Important Note: All coaches must be officially registered with US Figure Skating. If your coach is going to be present at the session, he/she must appear on the list of coaches on the US Figure Skating website who have completed a background screen and shown proof of liability insurance.

***Home Clubs and Wisconsin Council Members pay base rate. Non Wisconsin Council or out of state clubs pay an additional $10 per test. Individual USFSA members pay an additional $15 per test. Please include test permission slip.

It is anticipated the test session will begin at 730 AM. Practice ice will be before the test session and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Fees are not refundable after due date except for certified illness or injury
SWFSC members do not need a permission signature, send fee only; MFSC may ask test home test chair to email authorization . All other club members send Test permission to:
