It is anticipated the test session will begin at 8:00 AM. Times are subject to change depending on the number of registered tests.
Important Notes: All coaches must be officially registered with US Figure Skating. If your coach is going to be present at the session, he/she must appear on the list of Compliant Coaches on the US Figure Skating website. If not on that list you must bring with you verification of: Background Screen, Safe Sport Certification, USFS Member Number, Liability Insurance and current CER Certificate.
Safety Measures Regarding COVID-19: All club and public health rules regarding COVID-19 will be strictly followed. Everyone entering the building must be masked and certify that they are symptom free. Skaters must be masked while other skaters are on the ice. Any skater with any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, a pending COVID test, or a close contact to COVID-19 within 14 days will not be allowed to test, and will be given a refund. Please refer to the club COVID policy for more detail.

The test session is anticipated to begin at 8:00 AM. Practice ice will be before the test session at a fee of $15.00/20 minutes. Limited to 12 skaters/session. You may pre-register for Practice Ice. If session (s) are not full you may walk on the day of the competition and will be available on a first come, first serve basis

Fees are not refundable after due date except for certified illness, injury, or COVID related absence.
SWFSC members do not need a permission signature, send fee only; FSC of Madison may ask home test chair to email authorization. All other club members send Test permission to:
